The owner of Midge & Co. is a go-getter that made the leap to open her own brokerage, specializing in lake-front commercial and residential properties. She approached me about helping to create the brand experience for her new venture; something that was very indicative of their spirit. Being set on Houghton Lake, including some subtle lake-life attributes was a no-brainer. I had a lot of fun working with the watercolor textures in this piece, and it really sets Midge & Company apart from other brokerages.
